Explore Governor and Mrs Macquarie's Parramatta Domain: Down load this brochure for an in depth tour of the Governor and Mrs Macquarie's garden and Domain. The Macquarie's extensively remodeled Government House Parramatta and consolidated the surrounding area into an elegant private domain that included follies such as a pigeon house and tree house and fashionable garden features such as a lemon hedge walk and an "English Garden". Although many of the built items are long gone, the layout survives within the immediate surrounds of Old Government House.

Guided tour of the earliest surviving workers’ cottage in Australia, built in about 1800 for Governor Macquarie by ex-convict smuggler turned cattleman George Salter.
