Parramatta Park Visitor's Guide: Down load this park guide with a comprehensive park map.

Historic Rose Hill : Down load this brochure and explore the pre-colonial and colonial landscape of the former Governor’s Domain when the English settlement at Rose Hill was being established. Rose Hill was the second site of settlement in Australia and, despite the passage of time the marks and signs of this earliest town are still discernible within the Park landscape.

Explore Governor and Mrs Macquarie's Parramatta Domain: Down load this brochure for an in depth tour of the Governor and Mrs Macquarie's garden and Domain. The Macquarie's extensively remodeled Government House Parramatta and consolidated the surrounding area into an elegant private domain that included follies such as a pigeon house and tree house and fashionable garden features such as a lemon hedge walk and an "English Garden". Although many of the built items are long gone, the layout survives within the immediate surrounds of Old Government House.

The Crescent Walk: This walk from Old Government House meanders along the Crescent to "Little Coogee" on the river near the Parramatta Park Cafe.  It features remnant Cumberland Plain woodland and magnificent views to North Parramatta over the Parramatta River. 
 

Rumsey Heritage Rose Garden: The Rumsey Heritage Rose Garden located adjacent Pitt St within the Park is a unique garden featuring over 500 species and old garden roses.  The perfect setting for a wedding, taking a stroll or special function, the Garden is open every day.

Governor’s Dairy Tour - 1st Tuesday of the month.
Guided tour of the earliest surviving workers’ cottage in Australia, built in about 1800 for Governor Macquarie by ex-convict smuggler turned cattleman George Salter.
From 1.00pm - 2.00pm
$6 p.p. includes complimentary tea or coffee.

Ranger-led tour, along the Parramatta River and bushland to discover the Park’s many fascinating reptiles, mammals and birds.
